Prices & information
All prices are per person/night including the inclusive services listed below. The local tax, which is currently EUR 2.20 per person/night (for those 15 and older), is charged separately.

Booking information
- Regular guest BONUS: after the 5th stay, our regular guests will receive a 5% discount
- Short stay surcharge: with a stay of 1-3 nights, there is a short stay surcharge of EUR 6 per person/night
- Children's discounts (only valid in a room with 2 full-paying adults)
0-3 yrs. old free | 4-9 yrs. old 50% | 10-15 yrs. old 20% - Adult's discount (only valid in a room with 2 full-paying people)
For those 15 and older, the discount is 15% off the listed price - Pets are welcome
Upon request: per day/dog € 15.00 (not incl. food) in their own dog bed - Arrival and departure: upon arrival, you can check in to your room starting at 3 pm. On your departure day, we ask that you check out by 10 am.
We ask for your understanding that we may not be able to take every desired room number into consideration. - Deposit: to secure your booking, we ask that you transfer a charge-free deposit of
€ 200 per room to our account - (please indicate your name and travel dates!)
Regular cancellation conditions
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 3 months prior to your arrival date, there are no cancellation fees. Up to 1 month prior to your arrival, we charge 40% of the entire arranged price. Up to 1 week prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the entire arranged price, and in the last week prior to arrival, we charge 90% of the entire arranged price.
Cancellation conditions: the Austrian hotel industry terms & conditions apply. In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written form.
